Yes, your BigPond-provided ADSL modem is compatible with Windows Vista if your computer is connected to the modem using the Ethernet port or using the Netgear Wi-Fi adaptor provided in your Wi-Fi kit, or using your laptop’s inbuilt Wi-Fi adaptor (where applicable).
If your computer is connected to the modem using the USB port, you should remove your USB Cable and connect to your modem’s Ethernet port, by performing the following steps:
